Geroo religious activities are based around a form of ancestor worship. When a geroo finds themselves at a crossroads, they pray to their ancestors for guidance and advice. Prayers can be done ad-hoc or at a family shrine. When a geroo is recycled, their necklace is placed in a family shrine kept in the home of their descendants. Large, prestigious families can have massive shrines going back dozens of generations. Most families will have shrines that only contain necklaces from those in living memory.
