Writing for Mysa

When writing for mysa, refer to the pinned species sheet. For everything else, please keep the following facts in mind.

Population and Lifespan

• Mysa have a very short lifespan compared to other species, living to a maximum of 90 but more often only surviving to 50 or 60, if that. As a result, and given other factors, mysa do not come across as particularly patient.
• Mysa also have an explosive population to make up for this. Mysa have litters of kits, often three and as many as five per pregnancy.
• Mysa have a tendency to think of themselves as disposable, and not necessarily in a self-depreciating way. Mysa are very aware of how finite their lives are and would prefer to live or end them giving as much back to their family and community as they can.

Specialization

• Mysa who pursue careers will typically devote their lives to a single task or skill.
• The lio often utilize mysa as engineers. While a given mysa may not understand a spaceship inside and out, they will be very vigilant at keeping the parts they are familiar with and in charge of working properly.
